Hauntology is a queer horror anthology from Parker Brennon with an all-star cast including Naomi Grossman (American Horror Story), Samantha Robinson (The Love Witch, Cam), Zoey Luna (The Craft Legacy) and long-time John Carpenter collaborator Nancy Kyes aka Nancy Loomis (Halloween, Halloween II, Assault on Precinct 13, The Fog).
Twelve-year-old Venus runs away from home, but their journey is cut short when their older sister, Jazmin, spots them wheeling a suitcase down the sidewalk. Jazmin then takes Venus on a journey around Ohio, where Jazmin tells supernatural tales whose characters have more in common with Venus than they first realise. Following in the tradition of classic horror anthologies, Hauntology features four ghostly vignettes, packed with dark magic, vengeful spirits and victorian hauntings.
Hauntology is written and directed by Parker Brennon and stars Jaidyn Triplett, Samantha Russell, Naomi Grossman, Samantha Robinson, Zoey Luna and Nancy Kyes.
Hauntology receives its international premiere at FrightFest on 23 August and is on US VOD on 17 September
